This is a fixed handle and does not operate.
Active panel locks have multiple locking points and are engaged by lifting up on the lever handle to lock the door into the frame. The deadbolt is engaged afterwards to throw the deadbolt and disable the use of the lever handles. Make a statement with this stylish handle set.
