This Form is designed to identify the correct multipoint door lock components, No Matter what brand lock you currently have.

 

1. Why Do You Believe Your Lock Is Broken?  ( I Know, I Have to ask)

2. On the EDGE of the door, UNDER the striker latch, Do you see a Lock Brand Insignia?  HOPPE, GU, Ferco, FUHR, WinkHaus, ROTO, PGT, Caradco, Weather Shield, etc?

3. Does your Lock have Top and Bottom Shoot Bolts? These are the pins that lock into the frame header and the sill.

4. NOT COUNTING THE DEAD BOLT, What Other  EDGE Locking Points Do You Have On The Side Of The Door Panel?

5. MEASURING FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR PANEL UP,  What is the measurement for the Lower EDGE Locking Point?

9. MEASURE "OVER ALL"  PANEL HEIGHT. Measure the entire door panel height if it is the same height as the edge lock strip.

Enter the over all height of your door panel. DO NOT INCLUDE WEATHER STRIPPING. Door panel height should be the same height as the over all lock height.
